2024 - 2025 Canturi Raffle in support of Women’s Community Shelters Terms & Conditions
· There is a maximum of 20,000 tickets being sold.
· Price of ticket: $15 for 1 ticket, $50 for 5 tickets, $100 for 15 tickets.
· Total prize pool value: $4,800
· There is one prize
· All profits will be distributed directly to Women’s Community Shelters only
(ABN: 54 153 006 556).
· This raffle is for entrants from NSW, VIC, QLD
· This raffle excludes entrants from ACT, WA, NT, SA and TAS
· This raffle is run by Women’s Community Shelters, hosted on the SupporterHub platform (ABN: 26 616 473 084).
· Tickets can only be purchased online via SupporterHub’s raffle platform, which will be hosted on Women’s Community Shelters website.
1) Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
2) Purchase of a raffle ticket is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3) Entry is open to residents of NSW, VIC, QLD. This raffle excludes entrants from ACT, NT, WA, SA and TAS. Ineligible state residents are invited to donate to Women’s Community Shelters
here.4) Anyone under the age of 18 is ineligible to purchase tickets.
5) Entrants must include their contact details in the section provided when purchasing a ticket. Complete entries will include a first and last name, email address, postcode, and/or a telephone number at a minimum.
6) Entrants are not restricted or limited to the number of tickets which may be purchased.
7) Due to permit requirements, tickets sales will cease in Victoria if/when $28,800 has been raised for VIC entrants, and in Queensland if/when $24,000 has been raised from QLD entrants.
8) Raffle ticket sales will commence on Mon 4 November 09.00am (AEST) and conclude on Tuesday 14 January at 23:59pm (AEST).
9) Raffle tickets are non-refundable.
10) WCS reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue this raffle with or without prior notice due to reasons outside of its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated/suspected/actual fraud, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes).
11) Women’s Community Shelters reserves the right to disqualify any person who Women’s Community Shelters has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to interfere with a fair and proper conduct of this Raffle. Women’s Community Shelters legal rights are reserved to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.
12) Stellar magazine will be providing pro bono advertising support to help promote the raffle.
13) The randomly generated draw for the winner will take place on Wednesday 15 January at 10:00am (AEST) online through the SupporterHub online raffle platform (ABN: 26 616 473 084). SupporterHub's head office is Level 24, 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000.
14) Entrants need not be present to win.
15) There is only one raffle prize package, and there will only be one winner.
16) The winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 days of the draw, and the winner’s details will be published on the Women’s Community Shelters SupporterHub raffle platform page and Women’s Community Shelter’s Facebook platform after the winner has been notified.

18) Canturi will make contact with the prize winner, to confirm the time and place the earrings can be collected from a Canturi salon. Canturi’s salons are located in Sydney (80 Castlereagh Street), Melbourne (308 Little Collins Street) and Brisbane (206 Edward Street).
19) The Prize may not be combined with any other voucher or offer.
20) The prize is not transferable.
21) The prize cannot be returned, exchanged or a credit note provided.
22) If the raffle prize package remains unclaimed for 3 months, or if the winner cannot be contacted after all reasonable steps have been taken, or the winner of the prize is unable to take the prize for any reason, then the winner will forfeit the prize. The draw will be conducted via the SupporterHub raffle platform on 15 April 2025. The winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 days of the draw, and the winner’s details will be published on the Women’s Community Shelters Facebook platform.
23) The winner may be invited to take part in reasonable promotional activity related to the raffle (for example, WCS social media)
24) Women’s Community Shelters will not enter into any correspondence regarding the result.
25) All entries become property of Women’s Community Shelters. Women’s Community Shelters may use entrant information to contact you about news, events, and general information in relation to the organisation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to Women’s Community Shelters at: hello@womenscommunityshelters.org.au.
26) WCS accepts no responsibility for any kind of loss or liability suffered or incurred by the prize-winner in relation to the prize or the raffle. The winners release Women’s Community Shelters, related employees, affiliates or bodies corporate, from all liabilities, loss, damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, the prize or the promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, the released parties will not be liable for any injury, sickness or death, property loss or damage or other direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind, howsoever sustained or incurred, in connection with or arising out of the prize.
27) The privacy and security of entrant personal information is important to WCS. WCS is committed to treating personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found

28) WCS staff and board and their immediate families are excluded from entering the raffle. Canturi staff and Stellar staff are excluded from entering the raffle.
